I grew up in a large family where we all, including my parents had our own pets. They were more like family members and they were to be loved and respected. Now I could not imagine my life with out a pet or two or three or sooooo. After learning a trade as a cosmetologist, I became a Groomer. I can still cut & style hair and I have the pleasure of spending time with lots of different breeds.

During the slower seasons or between grooms I started taking photos of my grooms to show customers how certain styles looked on different dogs. After studding photography for a few years I started taking photos for the public. I now have a business in Grooming & Pet Paw-tography.

I feel very blessed to have both of these professions as a part of my life. My husband Dan of ten years (another blessing) has been very supportive and understanding he also has a big heart when it comes to animals. His career consist of computers which he has thought me all I know in that area.

I feel it is vary important to have certain qualities to be successful when working with animals. You MUST HAVE patients, persistence and determination and of course a Love and understanding for them.

I have in the past had pets that I have lost due to sickness or age I know they can’t last forever but their memories in a photo can. I like to capture the image or expression the owner sees daily, having hundreds of prop and back ground combinations we can create exciting themes to accent your home, business, lifestyle, or just match your pet’s personality. You’re welcome to use your own props.

Hoping my work brings a lot of pleasure and warm memories into your life.
